What are your operating hours?
Our Outpatient Department (OPD) is open Monday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing immediate medical care whenever you need it.
How do I schedule appointments?
You can schedule an appointment by calling or messaging us at 093 266 997 or 089 266 997. Our Customer Care team will assist you with booking your preferred date and time. Walk-in patients are also welcome, but we recommend making an appointment in advance to reduce waiting time.
How long will it take to receive my test results?
Routine laboratory test results are typically available within 2 hours. Some specialized tests may require additional processing time, and our staff will inform you of the expected turnaround.
